Defendant-appellant, pro se, having moved for leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 24, 2023, and for leave to have the appeal heard on the original record and upon a reproduced appellant's brief, and for other relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to said motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, with leave to renew, upon submission by defendant-appellant of a detailed notarized affidavit, pursuant to CPLR 1101(a) and 22 NYCRR 1250.4(d)(1), setting forth the details of defendant-appellant's income, if any, including the amount and sources of any such income, and listing all property owned by defendant-appellant, along with its estimated value.
