MOTION DECISION
It is Ordered that the motion is granted on condition that the respondents-appellants perfect their appeal on or before the March 2024 term, the filing deadline for which is January 10, 2024. Respondent's briefs are to be filed on or before February 1, 2024 and reply briefs, if any, are to be filed by February 8, 2024.
In the event the respondents-appellants fail to comply with the foregoing condition, the petitioner-respondent may move, on five days notice, for an order dismissing the appeal.
