PER CURIAM

Pending before the Court is Appellants' emergency TRAP 29.3 motion for temporary order pending interlocutory appeal. Appellants' motion is GRANTED. The Court stays the February 22, 2023 compliance deadline requiring Appellant, 5622 Equity DE, LLC's exterior stairs to comply with the 2015 International Building Code Sections 1011 and 1015 pending a decision on this appeal.
