Appeals having been taken to this Court from two orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 16, 2019, and on or about May 27, 2020, and from a judgment, same Court, entered on or about August 30, 2019, And defendants-appellants, by separate motions, having moved for an extension of time in which to perfect the aforesaid appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motions are granted to the extent of extending the time to perfect the appeals to the December 2020 Term of this Court.
