Before the Court is appellee's March 27, 2024 letter that we construe as a motion to supplement the record. We GRANT the motion as follows. We ORDER Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre to file, on or before April 5, 2024, a supplemental clerk's record containing the trial court's August 28, 2023 Order Granting Plaintiff Industrial Radiator Service, LLC's Motion to Compel Defendants' Answers and Responses to Plaintiff's First Set of Requests for Production. The order is attached as Exhibit A to appellee's motion, a copy of which is enclosed.
Appellee's brief will be due within twenty days after the supplemental clerk's record is filed.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Pitre and all parties.
