It is Ordered that counsel for petitioner-respondent's motion is granted to the extent of relieving Borah, Goldstein, Altschuler, Nahins & Goidel, P.C., as counsel for petitioner on condition that counsel serves a copy of this order upon all parties within 10 days from the date of entry thereof. Respondent's motion for re-argument or leave to appeal is adjourned for 30 days from service of a copy of this decision and order upon petitioner for the purpose of allowing petitioner to obtain new counsel and/or submit papers in response to the re-argument or leave to appeal motion.
