ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered July 24, 2023. This court noticed the matter for CAMP conferences on April 9, 2024, and May 9, 2024, and respondent failed to appear at either conference without excuse.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the parties and counsel are directed to show cause why an order should or should not be made and entered imposing such sanctions as the court may deem appropriate pursuant to 22 NYCRR 731.3 (c) upon The Bailey Firm, counsel for respondent, by filing an affirmation on that issue in the office of the Clerk of this Court and by serving one copy of the same on all parties to the action on or before June 14, 2024; and it is further, ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or his designee, is directed to serve a copy of this order to show cause upon counsel for the parties by regular mail.
