It is Ordered that the petitioner-respondent's motion seeking to dismiss the appeal is granted, unless tenants-appellants perfect their appeal by no later than the October 2017 term - the filing deadline for which is August 9, 2017. In the event of tenants-respondents failure to comply with the foregoing condition, petitioner-respondent may move, on five days notice for an order vacating the stay.
