DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered June 24, 2020. Motion by the respondent, inter alia, to direct the appellants to serve and file a replacement appellants' appendix, to extend the time to serve and file a brief, to impose a sanction upon the appellants and their counsel, and for an award of costs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct the appellants to serve and file a replacement appellants' appendix is granted, the appellants' appendix and the appellants' brief are stricken, and on or before July 23, 2021, the appellants shall serve and file, via NYSCEF, a replacement appellants' appendix which contains all of the papers considered by the Supreme Court in connection with the motion and cross motion that were determined by the order entered June 24, 2020, and a replacement appellants' brief which contains appropriate citations to the replacement appellants' appendix; and it is further, ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is granted and on or before August 23, 2021, the respondent shall serve and file the respondent's brief via NYSCEF; and it is further, ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
