On September 29, 2021, the parties filed a joint status report informing the Court that they have reached a basis for settlement in this case, however, revised computations are necessary. The parties are asking for additional time to submit a proposed stipulated decision.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, on or before November 1, 2021, the parties shall submit a proposed stipulated decision or file a joint report regarding the status of this case.
