It is Ordered that the motion of the tenant-appellant is granted on condition that tenant -appellant: (1) perfects her appeal by no later than the November 2015 term the filing deadline for which is September 10, 2015; (2) post an undertaking in Civil Court to secure the entire judgment amount of $9,877.26 on or before August 3, 2015; and 3) pay accruing use and occupancy to the landlord in the amount of $ 881.84, on or before each subsequent rental due date, without prejudice. In the event of tenant-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, landlord-respondent may move, on five days notice, for an order vacating the stay.
