On August 7, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. On September 5, 2023, petitioners filed a response to respondent's motion.

This case was called from the calendar of the Court's Los Angeles, California, remote trial session on October 10, 2023. Petitioner, accompanied by their CPA's, appeared and was heard. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard.

Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcripts of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed August 7, 2023, is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
