Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on February 3, 2017,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Robert D. Hooks, Esq., sworn to October 2, 2017, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered August 21, 2017, is hereby amended by deleting the date October 16, 2017, and inserting in its place the date November 15, 2017, and

It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered August 21, 2017, is hereby amended by deleting the date October 31, 2017, and inserting in its place the date November 30, 2017.
