DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by Patsy Morton for leave to intervene on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered June 13, 2012, and an order of the same court entered December 17, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are for leave to intervene on the appeals from the orders entered June 13, 2012, are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to intervene on the appeal from the order entered December 17, 2012, is denied as unnecessary as the movant is an appellant on that appeal.
