DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by appellants for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated October 5, 2012. Cross motion by respondent for leave to deposit the sum of $3,581 without reinstating the landlord-tenant relationship and to compel appellants to tender all unpaid use and occupancy or for alternative relief.
