An appeal having been taken from orders of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about March 6, 2016 and February 6, 2019, And defendant-appellant having moved to stay foreclosure proceedings and the sale of a certain property pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is denied, said appeal having been dismissed by an order of this Court entered on July 23, 2019 (M-2583).
