Emin Toro, Judge.

This case is currently set for trial during the Court's March 7, 2022, Dallas, Texas, trial session. On January 13, 2022, respondent filed an unopposed Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 8). Later on January 13, 2022, respondent filed a second Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 9). The second Motion for Continuance of Trial appears to be a duplicate of the first, except the certificate of service attached to the first Motion for Continuance of Trial failed to include the date upon which the motion was mailed to petitioner. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's first Motion for Continuance of Trial filed January 13, 2022 (Doc. 8), is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance of Trial is granted in that this case is stricken from the March 7, 2022, Dallas, Texas, trial session and continued generally.
