DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered June 7, 2017. By order to show cause dated July 31, 2019, the parties were directed to show cause why the record on appeal should not be expanded to include the trial exhibits that were attached to appellant's brief.

Upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
