It is Ordered that the motion and cross motion are consolidated for disposition.
It is further Ordered that tenants/undertenants'-respondents' motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, unless landlord-appellant perfects its appeal by no later than the September 2016 term - the filing deadline is July 12, 2016. In the event that landlord-appellant fails to comply with the foregoing condition, tenants/undertenants-respondents may move on five days' notice for an order dismissing the appeal.
