MOTION DECISION
It is Ordered that the motion of the petitioner-respondent seeking to dismiss the appeal is granted, unless the tenant-appellant perfects his appeal by no later than the September 2023 term, the filing deadline for which is July 11, 2023.
In the event the tenant-appellant fails to comply with the foregoing condition, the petitioner-respondent may move, on five days notice, for an order dismissing the appeal.
