It is Ordered that the motion of the tenant-respondent is granted to the extent that the appeal has been administratively adjourned by the court to the November Term. The filing deadline for respondent's brief is October 6, 2016. Tenant-respondent shall continue to pay the landlord-appellant use and occupancy in the amount reserved in the most recent lease agreement on or before each subsequent rental due date, without prejudice.
