Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 25, 2020, and a judgment of the same court dated May 12, 2021. Motion by the appellant to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the foreclosure sale of the subject premises is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
