Motion for extension of time denied and the appeal is dismissed, without costs, with leave, however, to the tenant-appellant to move to reinstate the appeal, if so advised, in the event the final order in the second summary proceeding is vacated or if the landlord attempts to execute a warrant issued on the final order in this proceeding.
