It is Ordered that the motion of the respondent-appellant seeking an enlargement of time to perfect her appeal is granted. Respondent-appellant shall perfect her appeal on or before the February 2020 term the filing deadline for which id December 11, 2019. The appellant shall continue to pay the petitioner accruing use and occupancy in the amount of $1,050.88, on or before each subsequent rental due date, without prejudice.
In the event of respondent-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, petitioner-respondent may move on five days notice of an order vacating the stay.
