ORDERED that the caption on this appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered April 7, 2017, is amended to substitute New York Foundation for Senior Citizens, Guardian Services, Inc., as Guardian for Lucretia Hall, for Lucretia Hall, as the respondent on appeal, and the caption has been amended accordingly.
