20 West Properties, LLC, Petitioner-Appellant, For a Judgment Pursuant to Article 78 of the Civil Practice Law and Rules, v. Steven Banks, as Commissioner of the New York City Human Resources Administration, the New York City Human Resources Administration and the City of New York, Respondents-Respondents.


An appeal having been taken from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about October 3, 2018, and said appeal having been perfected, And petitioner-appellant having moved for an order granting leave to file a substitute brief and Record on Appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of striking petitioner-appellant's brief and Record on Appeal. Petitioner is directed to serve and file a new brief and Record on Appeal on or before December 2, 2019 for the February 2020 Term of this Court, to which Term the appeal is adjourned.
