An appeal having been taken to this Court by petitioner from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 9, 2016, and said appeal having been perfected, And Landmark West! having moved for leave to file a brief and leave to appear amicus curiae in support of petitioner in connection with the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted, movants are permitted to appear amicus curiae, and movants are also directed to file 9 copies of the proposed amicus brief within seven days from the date of entry hereof.
