It is further Ordered that petitioner-respondent's motion seeking to vacate stay granted by this Court's Order, dated Sept. 12, 2016, is granted. This disposition is without prejudice for respondents-appellants to renew application upon payment of all use & occupancy that is due & owing.

It is also further Ordered that respondents-appellants motion seeking to modify this Court's Order, dated October 27, 2016, is denied.
