Separate appeals having been taken to this Court by plaintiffs-appellants from orders of the Supreme Court New York County, entered on or about July 13, 2018 (Index No. 190090/16), July 25, 2018 (Index No. 190091/16) and July 25, 2018 (190145/16),And plaintiffs-appellants having jointly moved for an order consolidating the aforesaid appeals, and for a further enlargement of time to perfect same, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of consolidating the appeals from the orders entered on or about July 13, 2018, on or about July 25, 2018 and on or about July 25, 2018, (see, 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][4]). Appellants are permitted to prosecute the consolidated appeals upon an original, five hard copies and, if represented by counsel, one digital copy of a single record and brief, pursuant to Section 1250.9 of the Practice Rules of the Appellate Division. The time to perfect the consolidated appeals is enlarged to the October 2019 Term.
