ORDER
Appellant's brief was filed June 30, 2020; accordingly, the brief of appellee and cross-appellant Henry Garibay, Individually & D/B/A Hengar Unlimited is currently due July 30, 2020. On July 18, Garibay filed an unopposed motion to abate the appeal on the ground that Garibay's counsel is on active duty military orders through September 15, 2020.
We construe the motion as a motion for extension of time to file the brief of appellee/cross-appellant and we grant the motion. We order the appellee/cross-appellant's brief due October 15, 2020. Should counsel's military duty orders be extended, he may file a motion for further extension of time.
