It is ordered that the motion, to the extent it seeks an order relieving movant as counsel, is denied, with leave to renew upon proof of service of the motion directly upon plaintiffs-appellants; and plaintiffs-appellants' time in which to perfect the appeal is extended to the October 2023 Term of this Court.
