An appeal having been taken from an order of the Surrogate's Court, New York County, entered on or about November 29, 2016, And respondents having moved to dismiss the aforesaid appeal, to enjoin appellant from bringing further frivolous actions, and for other relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of dismissing the appeal unless perfected for the September 2017 Term, and otherwise denied.
