This Amended Decision is being filed to correct the error in the original Decision filed on August 21, 2024. On page 4, in footnote 4, the sentence should read as follows:

"The abutters Marie Falsely, Ann Falsely, and Green Inn Landing Condominium Association were intervenors before SHAB."

The remaining contents of the Decision filed on August 21, 2024 remain the same.
