DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, dated October 29, 2014, and for leave to appeal from that order. Cross motion by respondents to dismiss the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and cross motion, it is

ORDERED that the branch of appellant's motion seeking a stay and respondents' cross motion are denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of appellant's motion seeking leave to appeal from the October 29, 2014 order is denied as unnecessary.
