Appeals and cross appeals having been taken from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 4, 2016, And plaintiff-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeals and cross appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeals and cross appeals, to the October 2017 Term. Sua sponte, plaintiff-appellant's appeals and cross appeals are consolidated and plaintiff-appellant is directed to prosecute same upon 8 copies of one record and one copy of appellants' points covering the aforesaid appeals.
