ORDER

On February 4, 2020, we abated this appeal on appellant's agreed motion pending the decision of the Supreme Court of Texas in No. 18-0503, EBS Solutions, Inc v. Hegar. We instructed appellant to file, within 30 days of issuance of an opinion in that case, a motion to reinstate the appeal, dismiss the appeal, or continue the abatement.

On June 8, 2020, appellant filed an agreed motion to reinstate the appeal due to the issuance of the opinion in EBS Solutions, Inc. v. Hegar on May 8, 2020. The motion is granted, and the appeal is reinstated.

The record is due within 30 days of this order.
