DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by appellant on an appeal from a decision of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated June 24, 2019, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal and to continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated October 29, 2019 and extended by decisions and orders on motions of this court dated March 10, 2020, and February 4, 2021.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the appeal be perfected on or before July 16, 2021; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event that the above condition is not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
