DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by appellant on appeals in the above-entitled actions from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered December 19, 2012, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from a decision and order on motion of this court dated October 24, 2013, which, among other things, denied appellant's motions to vacate orders of this court dated May 20, 2013 and July 22, 2013, dismissing the respective appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
