On November 29, 2023, docket entry 46, the parties filed a Joint Status Report indicating that the parties remain confident they can resolve this case through settlement and anticipate filing proposed decision documents within the next sixty (60) days.
After due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that, on or before January 30, 2024, the parties shall submit decision documents or file a Joint Status Report with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
