application 14/738,545 (Paper 1, 5), are FINALLY REFUSED; 35 U.S.C. 10

FURTHER ORDERED that the parties are directed to 35 U.S.C. 12
§135(c) and to Bd. R. 205 regarding the filing of settlement agreements; 13
