DECISION AND ORDER
The National Labor Relations Board, by a three-member panel, has considered
objections and determinative challenges in an election held on February 4, 2014, and
the Acting Regional Director’s report recommending disposition of them. The election
was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of ballots shows
92 votes for the Petitioner and 95 votes for the Incumbent, with 5 challenged ballots, a
sufficient number to affect the results.
The Board has reviewed the record in light of the Employer’s exceptions and
brief, and has adopted the Acting Regional Director’s findings and recommendations.
ORDER
IT IS ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Regional Director for further
appropriate action.
