Cox, doing business as Wallace Brothers Circus, and Lee Powell, individually and jointly, for damages and for injunction based upon alleged infringement of copyright and unfair competition. From a judgment for defendants, 39 F. Supp. 487, the plaintiff appeals. Reversed and remanded
