DECISION AND ORDER
The National Labor Relations Board has considered objections in a secret election
held July 22, 2014, and the Regional Director's report recommending disposition of them.
The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of
ballots shows 5 ballots cast for the Petitioner, and 7 ballots cast against the participating
labor organization Petitioner, with 1 challenged ballot, an insufficient number to affect the
results.

No exceptions have been filed to the Regional Director's report within the time
provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the Regional Director's findings and
recommendations.1
ORDER
IT IS ORDERED that this proceeding is remanded to the Regional Director for
Region 29 for further appropriate action consistent with his report.

1 The Regional Director overruled Petitioner’s Objection 2. The Regional Director also
directed that Objection 1(i) through (iv) be merged with the Consolidated Complaint and
Notice of Hearing in Case Nos. 29-CA-132140 and 29-CA-137710, to be heard before an
Administrative Law Judge.
