REGION 31 OF THE NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD
On October 20, 2015, the Region submitted the above captioned case to the National
Labor Relations Board for a determination of whether to submit this case to the National
Mediation Board for a determination regarding Railway Labor Act jurisdiction. By letter dated
November 30, 2015, the Region requested that this matter be remanded back to the Region for
further consideration and decision.
IT IS ORDERED that the above-entitled matter be transferred to and continued before
Region 31 of the National Labor Relations Board.
