Section 281A.270 - Adoption of Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 383

The Transportation Cabinet may adopt those federally mandated requirements set forth in 49 C.F.R. pt. 383, notwithstanding the fact that the provisions may conflict with other provisions of this chapter.
