Section 5-49-16 - Board - Duties(a) The board shall: (1) Advise the department in all matters relating to this chapter;(2) Prepare the examinations required by this chapter for the department; and(3) Assist the department in carrying out the provisions of this chapter.(b) The department shall be guided by the recommendations of the board in all matters relating to this chapter.
