Section 4654 - [Effective until 7/1/2024] Procurement of tags and fees
(a) To obtain a wild pig tag, a person must be 12 years of age or older, and possess a valid hunting license, or if a nonresident, a valid California nonresident hunting license.
(b) A person authorized to obtain a wild pig tag may obtain the number of wild pig tags corresponding to the number of wild pigs that may legally be taken by one person during the license year, upon payment of a base fee for each wild pig tag, as follows:
(1) For a resident of the state, fifteen dollars ($15).
(2) For a nonresident, fifty dollars ($50).
(c) The base fees specified in this section are applicable to the 2004 license year, and shall be adjusted annually thereafter pursuant to Section 713.
(d) This section shall remain in effect only until July 1, 2024, and as of that date is repealed.
