Section 314-60-025 - [Effective 8/31/2024] Public records officer(1) The LCB public records officer:(a) Receives all public records requests made to the LCB;(b) Provides "fullest assistance" to persons seeking LCB public records;(c) Oversees the LCB's compliance with the Public Records Act, including locating, processing, and releasing records responsive to public records requests;(d) Creates and maintains an index of certain LCB public records, to the extent required by RCW 42.56.070; and(e) Prevents the fulfillment of public records requests from causing excessive interference with essential functions of the department.(2) Any person wishing to access LCB public records should contact the LCB's public records officer or designee at: Mailing Address:

(3) The public records officer may designate one or more LCB staff to carry out the responsibilities set forth in subsection (1) of this section; and other staff may process public records requests.
