Section 25:30-9-1 - Contents of permits

(a) Every permit issued by the Department shall contain the following:

(1) The date the permit is issued.

(2) The county or counties in which the structure(s) is or are located.

(3) The permit number and date issued, which shall be the date the permit is approved by the Department or where appropriate, by the Director.

(4) The name and address to whom issued.

(5) The purpose for which the structure will be used.

(6) Survey information of the site location and total height of the structure provided with the application.

(7) Any other items to be specified by the Department.

(b) In addition to the above, the permit shall contain any additional terms, conditions, limitations, or restrictions the Department may prescribe.
