Section 27-220-VII-7.13 - VOLUNTARY IN-SERVICE SMALL ACCOUNT DISTRIBUTIONUpon proper written request, a Participant who has not yet attained the age of 59 1/2 may elect to receive a small account distribution payable in a lump sum if the following requirements as described in Code Section 457(e)(9) are met:
a. the Participant Deferral Account value does not exceed $5,000.00 (or the dollar limit under section 411(a)(11) of the Code, if greater);b. the Participant has not previously received an in-service distribution of the Deferral Account under Code Section 457(e)(9)(A); andc. no amount has been deferred under the Plan with respect to the Participant during the two-year period ending on the date of the in-service distribution.27 Miss.
